Using UTF-8

if you changed apache to 'AddDefaultCharset UTF-8` then you need to fix this:

edit /var/lib/mailman/messages/sl/LC_MESSAGES/mailman.po and change Content-Type to read: “Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n”

run

  conv --verbose  -f ISO_8859-2 -t UTF-8  mailman.po > mailman.mo

and add to /etc/mailman/mm_cfg.py

  DEFAULT_CHARSET = "UTF-8"
  VERBATIM_ENCODING = ['UTF-8']
  add_language('sl','Slovenian','utf-8','ltr')

Mailman settings if you're having problems with memory .. turn off bounces / redirect bounce aliase to /dev/null.
