Hi,I started my cnmpaoy about a year ago. I've been doing everything manually until I can find a worthy software to handdle my accounting needs as well as a software that can write work orders for my shop and that can produce Purchase Orders. I don't necessarily like Quickbooks. They have neat features but too complicated does work well with other programs. I have also used (in a previous employment) Naguska's production software. This software allows you to write work order tickets and has an estimating program as well (though I've never used the estimating program). The program is okay but I know there has to be better out there. So for the past year I've been doing everything manually until I find worthy program that will do exactly what I need it to. Is this NolaPro easy to use? Do I have to access it through my web browser? I'd prefer not to and have a program permanently installed on my computer. This is for my protection and the protection of my clients. Their contact information is very sensitive. Also where is all my data stored? Again I'd prefer a program that lets me store my data on my computer. Currently I don't have multiple users. Majority of the time its just myself who will have access to this. I might have 2-3 additional users later on but for now its just me. Can anyone reccommend any good programs to use. I also need to keep cost relatively low. Thanks.
